Quick Chilli Paste

Garlic, minced 30.0 g

Ginger, minced 20.0 g

Vegetable oil 150.0 ml

Soya sauce 50.0 ml

Nasi Curry Paste 20.0 g

Sugar 30.0 g

Salt to taste
Preparation

Method:
- Heat ½ of the oil in a pan on law fire add ginger and garlic and fry them for few minutes.
- Switch off the fire and add remaining oil, all other remaining ingredients; except ikan bilis and sugar.
- Switch on the fire again and cook slowly for few minutes.
- Switch off the fire and add sugar, Knorr Ikan Bilis Seasoning Powder and stir well.
- Adjust seasoning if requires after few hours.
