  1. Method:

    • Potatoes pealed and cut into cubes; boiled with little salt and turmeric powder, strain and roughly smashed.
    • Heat oil in a thick bottom pan and sauté the onions till golden, then add curry leaves, garlic & ginger and sauté for another few minutes.
    • Add all above spices and sauté for another few seconds.
    • Add roughly smashed potatoes and Knorr Ikan Billis (Fish Seasoning Powder) and sauté well by adjusting salt and lime extract made with Knorr Lime Seasoning dissolved in water to taste.
