Fish Filling for Buns/ Rolls and Cutlets

Large onions, thinly sliced

Method:

potatoes 1 kg

Vegetable oil 100 ml

Large onions, thinly sliced 800 g

Garlic, chopped 30 g

Ginger, chopped 15 g

Curry Leaves, chopped 10 g

Dried chilli flakes 20 g
-
Curry powder 20 g
-
Turmeric powder 5 g

Black pepper, cracked 10 g

Salt to taste
Preparation

Method:
- Potatoes pealed and cut into cubes; boiled with little salt and turmeric powder, strain and roughly smashed.
- Heat oil in a thick bottom pan and sauté the onions till golden, then add curry leaves, garlic & ginger and sauté for another few minutes.
- Add all above spices and sauté for another few seconds.
- Add roughly smashed potatoes and Knorr Ikan Billis (Fish Seasoning Powder) and sauté well by adjusting salt and lime extract made with Knorr Lime Seasoning dissolved in water to taste.
