Sprats, raw, cleaned 1.0 kg

Preparation of Tempura Batter & Frying:

Wheat flour 300.0 g

Coriander leaves, coarsely chopped 10.0 g

Ice water 500.0 ml
Preparation of Mexican Mayonnaise:

Garlic, minced 20.0 g

Coriander, fresh, chopped 10.0 g
Preparation

Sprats Marinade:
- Mix Knorr Coating Mix - Spicy Marinade powder (40g), sprats and water together and marinade for few minutes.

Preparation of Tempura Batter & Frying:
- Mix Knorr Coating Mix - Coating Base powder (30g) and wheat flour together and sieved twice to a tray.
- Mix the sieved flour, chopped coriander with ice water gradually and prepare a smooth thick batter.
- Dip the marinated sprats in the batter and deep fry till golden in pre-heated oil at 180℃.
- Serve hot with Mexican mayonnaise and your choice of salad.

- Mix Hellmann’s Classic Mayonnaise, Knorr Coating Mix - Spicy Marinade powder (10g), garlic and coriander well in a glass or ceramic bowl together; cover; refrigerate and serve.
