1. Sprats Marinade:

    • Mix Knorr Coating Mix - Spicy Marinade powder (40g), sprats and water together and marinade for few minutes.
  2. Preparation of Tempura Batter & Frying:

    • Mix Knorr Coating Mix - Coating Base powder (30g) and wheat flour together and sieved twice to a tray.
    • Mix the sieved flour, chopped coriander with ice water gradually and prepare a smooth thick batter.
    • Dip the marinated sprats in the batter and deep fry till golden in pre-heated oil at 180℃.
    • Serve hot with Mexican mayonnaise and your choice of salad.
  3. Preparation of Mexican Mayonnaise:

    • Mix Hellmann’s Classic Mayonnaise, Knorr Coating Mix - Spicy Marinade powder (10g), garlic and coriander well in a glass or ceramic bowl together; cover; refrigerate and serve.
