Chicken Marinade for the Drumsticks and Nuggets:

Stuffing for the Drumsticks:

Crispy Coating for the Nuggets and Frying:

  1. Chicken Marinade for the Drumsticks and Nuggets:

    • Pat dry the chicken cuts in a bowl, toss them together with all the marinade ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. Stuffing for the Drumsticks:

    • Mix all the stuffing ingredients together and refrigerate.
  3. Crispy Coating for the Nuggets and Frying:

    • Mix Knorr Crispy Coating Mix Powder (80g) and wheat flour together and sieve twice to a tray.
    • Coat marinated chicken nuggets in the dry flour mix and hold it for few seconds.
    • Then shake off any excess flour and dip the chicken pieces in cold water for ten seconds.
    • Again, coat the chicken in the dry flour mix and fold for another few minutes and fry till golden brown in pre-heated oil at 180 degrees.
  4. Preparing the Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks:

    • Stuff the marinated chicken drumsticks with the stuffing.
    • Heat the olive oil in a thick bottom pan and pan-fry the stuffed chicken drumsticks till done.
    • Rest it for a few minutes, slice and serve with Crispy Fried Chicken Nuggets and accompaniments.
