Ingredients
Marinate the Chicken:

Chicken breast 1.5 kg

Orange juice, fresh 200.0 ml

Orange peel, chopped 20.0 g

Olive oil 50.0 ml
Preparing the Stuffing:

Chicken, minced 300.0 g
-
Red peppers, diced 50.0 g
-
Green apple, diced 50.0 g
-
Yellow peppers, diced 50.0 g
-
Garlic cloves, finely chopped 40.0 g
-
Sundried tomatoes, chopped 50.0 g
-
Fresh cream 100.0 ml

Egg, whites 1.0 nos
Preparation

Marinate the Chicken:
- Pat dry the chicken breast; cut and open.
- In a bowl; add the chicken breast, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, Knorr Lime seasoning Powder, orange juice, peel and olive oil together and refrigerate.

Preparing the Stuffing:
- Mix all above stuffing ingredients together and refrigerate.

Preparing the Dish:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Stuffed the marinated chicken breast with the stuffing.
- Seal and place in a large baking tray; bake for 15 minutes.
- Baste the chicken with the remaining juices from the marinade and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of accompaniments and pepper sauce.
