Method:

  • Vegetable oil 25.0 ml
  • Large Onions - Finely Chopped 100.0 g
  • Pork leg, thickly sliced 1.0 kg
  • Potatoes, peeled, cubed 500.0 g
  • Ginger - Grated 20.0 g
  • Garlic - chopped 20.0 g
  • Nasi Curry Paste 100.0 g
  • Soy sauce 20.0 ml
  • Brown sugar 20.0 g
  • Fresh pineapple,peeled,cored and cubed 500.0 g
  • KNORR Chicken Seasoning Powder (6 x 1kg) old 20.0 g
  • Fresh coriander - Roughly chopped 20.0 g
  • Fried onions to golden 50.0 g
  • Water 500.0 ml
  1. Method:

    1. Heat oil in a large wok over high heat; add onion, ginger and garlic; Stir-fry for few minutes; add pork and potatoes; Stir-fry for another few minutes or until browned; add curry paste; Cook further until fragrant
    2. Add water and Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder; bring to the boil; reduce heat to medium, Simmer stirring occasionally for 8 minutes or until sauce thickens and pork is cooked through
    3. Add soy sauce, sugar and pineapple; Simmer for 2 minutes or until heated through; Stir in Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder
    4. Top with coriander and fried onions; serve with rice
