Preparation

Method:
- Place a wok or frying pan over medium heat and add the oil and curry paste; fry for a few seconds.
- Add the garlic, chillies, sugar, peanuts, coconut milk, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, tamarind paste, water;. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes until the oil floats to the top and sauce has thickened.
