Rice Preparation:

  1. Rice Preparation:

    • Heat the oil in a thick bottom pan or Wok and add beaten eggs and fried well.
    • Add garlic and ginger paste and sauté for few seconds.
    • Add onions, carrot, peppers, all fried seafood, turmeric powder and sauté for few seconds.
    • Stir in the rice with green spring onions and Knorr Chicken seasoning powder, Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder to taste and fry for another few seconds.
    • Garnish with green spring onions and serve with your choice of seafood curries.
