Rice Preparation:

Vegetable oil 100.0 ml

Eggs, whole, beaten 300.0 ml

Garlic, chopped 50.0 g

Ginger, chopped 20.0 g

Carrot, diced 200.0 g

Onions, diced 200.0 g

Red bell peppers, diced 100.0 g

White fish fillet,diced 100.0 g

Prawns, clean and diced 100.0 g

Cuttlefish tubes, cut in to rings 100.0 g

Cooked basmati rice, allow to cool 3.0 kg

Turmeric powder 5.0 g

Spring Onions, diced 50.0 g
Preparation

Rice Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a thick bottom pan or Wok and add beaten eggs and fried well.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and sauté for few seconds.
- Add onions, carrot, peppers, all fried seafood, turmeric powder and sauté for few seconds.
- Stir in the rice with green spring onions and Knorr Chicken seasoning powder, Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder to taste and fry for another few seconds.
- Garnish with green spring onions and serve with your choice of seafood curries.
