Oil 100 ml

Whole Eggs, beaten 500 ml

Ginger and garlic paste 40 g

Chicken breast, diced and fried 300 g

Large Onion - Roughly chopped 200 g

Carrot, thin strips 100 g

Rice noodles, boiled and allow to cool 2 kg

Dark soy sauce 75 ml

Chilli paste 100 g

Nasi Curry Paste 100 g

Spring onions - Sliced into matchstick pieces 50 g

Prawns and cuttlefish, diced and fried 200 g
Preparation

Method:
- Heat the oil in a wok and add beaten eggs and fry well; add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.
- Add the fried meats then onions, carrots and stir fry for another few seconds.
- Stir in the noodles , dark soy sauce , chilli paste, nasi Curry Paste and Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder and fry well.
- Add spring onions and fry for another few minutes.
- Mould into individual dishes and serve with accompaniments.
