1. Method:

    • Heat the oil in a wok and add beaten eggs and fry well; add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.
    • Add the fried meats then onions, carrots and stir fry for another few seconds.
    • Stir in the noodles , dark soy sauce , chilli paste, nasi Curry Paste and Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder and fry well.
    • Add spring onions and fry for another few minutes.
    • Mould into individual dishes and serve with accompaniments.
