Low and Slow Chili Bowl
The secret to the Chipotle Chili Bowl is the meat cut. We recommend using beef chuck because of its versatility. Check out the recipe below.

Large onions, thinly sliced 150.0 g

Vegetable oil 50.0 ml

Beef sirloin steak, cut into strips 2.5 kg

Green chillies, finely chopped 120.0 g

Garlic, crushed 5.0 g

Cumin, powder 5.0 g

Water 200.0 ml

Black beans 100.0 g

Corn cobs, grilled 10.0 nos
Preparation

Method:
- Fry off the onions in the oil until soft, add the beef and brown slightly.
- Add the green chili , garlic paste and cumin and cook for a further five minutes.
- Add the water, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, Knorr Tomato Pronto and cook for two hours until the meat starts to become tender.
- Drain and rinse the beans and add, cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve with grilled corn.
