Kashmiri Fried Chicken Strips With Tally Sauce

Ginger, paste 30.0 g

Garlic, paste 30.0 g

Vinegar, white 50.0 ml

Yoghurt 180.0 g

Chicken breast, strips 1.5 kg
Preparation Of The Batter and Frying:

Wheat flour 500.0 g

Ice water 900.0 ml
For Sauce:
-
Mustard seeds, crushed 25.0 g

Garlic, ground 7.0 g

Paprika, powder 7.0 g

Preparation:
Chicken Marinade:- Mix Knorr Coating Mix (60g Spiced Marinade Powder), chicken, ginger, garlic, egg, vinegar, yoghurt, Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and 100ml water together and allow to marinate for 30 minutes at least.

Preparation Of The Batter and Frying:
- Mix Knorr Coating Mix (40g Coating Base powder), and wheat flour together and sieved twice to a tray.
- Mix the sieved flour with ice water gradually and prepare a smooth thick batter.
- Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the batter and deep fry till golden.

- Combine all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl or ramekin.
