1. Preparation:

    • Clean the chicken breast and season with finely chopped ginger and salt.
    • Heat a pan and sear the chicken breast with the help of oil.
    • Take off the fire and brush the honey on chicken breast liberally and return to a roasting tray.
    • Sprinkle1/2 rosemary on top of the chicken, cover with aluminum foil and cook in the oven till done. (170°C) Do not dry the chicken and make sure to retain the moisture inside the chicken.
    • Meanwhile prepare the gravy with Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix withwater andaddition of Knorr Chicken Seasoning powder , remaining rosemary and simmer for 30 minutes. Correct the seasoning.
    • Then heat a pan and add butter and caramelize Brown Sugar then add brandy while it is hot and immediately add the rosemary gravy from a side of the pan while the flame is on and allow to flame.
    • Serve thechicken breast with the gravy, riceand seasonal vegetables.
