Extra Crispy Chicken wrapped in Naan & Lime Curry Sauce

Ingredients
Curry Mayo:

Corn oil 10.0 ml

Onion, brunoise 200.0 g

Ginger 30.0 g

Garlic 30.0 g

Chilli, fresh 20.0 g

Curry Powder 50.0 g

Cream 150.0 ml
The Crispy Chicken Coating Mix Solution:

Chicken breasts, sliced 1.0 kg

Water 100.0 ml
-
Wheat flour 1.0 kg

Ice water 1.0 l
Sandwich:
-
Naan bread 20.0 pc
-
Onion, julienne 100.0 g
-
Coriander Leaves - fresh 40.0 g

Mint, fresh 40.0 g
Preparation

Curry Mayo:
- Sauté onions, garlic, ginger & chilli until soft.
- Add curry powder, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder and cook to release flavours. Add Knorr Tomato Pronto and cream. Blend until smooth.
- Reduce until sauce is thick, remove and cool down completely.
- Mix sauce with Hellmann's Classic Mayonnaise.

The Crispy Chicken Coating Mix Solution:
- Mix the sliced chicken with Knorr Coating Mix - Spice Marinade (40g) and water together and allow to marinade for 20 minutes in a refrigerator.
- Mix Knorr Coating Mix – Coating Base powder (80g)and wheat flour together and sieved twice to a tray.
- Coat marinade chicken in dry flour mix and fold it for few seconds.
- Then dip the chicken pieces in cold water for ten seconds and strain.
- Again coat the chicken in dry flour mix and fold for another few minutes and fry till golden brown in pre heated oil at 180 degrees.

Sandwich:
- Warn the naan bread, spread curry mayo sauce.
- Place chicken and garnish with onion, coriander and mint fresh, drizzle more sauce on the chicken and sprinkle some Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder.
