  • For the Garnish:
  • Coriander leaves, coarsely chopped 30 g
  • Onions, sliced and fried to golden 500 g
  • Tomatoes, cubed 400 g
  1. Rice Preparation:

    • Heat the oil in a thick bottom pan or in a rice cooker.
    • Add onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, rampe, green chilies, cinnamon and sauté till fragrant.
    • Add rice, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, Knorr Biriyani Mix, water and allow to cook well.
  2. Garnish and Serving:

    • Finally sprinkle chopped coriander, tomatoes and fried onions; stir softly and serve hot.
    • Serve with your choice of fried or grilled chicken.
