  • For the Garnish:
  • Coriander leaves, coarsely chopped 30 g
  • Onions, sliced and fried to golden 500 g
  • Tomatoes, cubed 400 g
  1. Rice Preparation:

    •Heat the oil in a thick bottom pan or in a rice cooker.
    •Add onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, rampe, green chilies, cinnamon and sauté till fragrant.
    •Add rice, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, Knorr Biriyani Mix, water and allow to cook well.
  2. Garnish and Serving:

    •Finally Sprinkle chopped coriander, tomatoes and fried onions; stir softly and serve hot.
    •Serve with your choice of fried or grilled chicken.
