Crispy Squid with Smoked Chilli Aioli

Ingredients
Squid:

Squid tubes, cleaned, scored 8.0 pc

Plain flour 200.0 g

Black pepper, ground 10.0 g

Capers 100.0 g
Chilli Aioli:

Garlic, paste 10.0 g

Tabasco sauce 15.0 ml
To Serve:

Lettuce
-
Lemon, caramelized
Preparation

Squid:
- Clean, trim and cut into pieces, score.
- Combine flour, Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder and pepper. Dip squid into mix and fry until cooked.
- Quick fry the capers.

Chilli Aioli:
- In a bowl, combine Hellmann's Classic Mayonnaise with other ingredients.

To Serve:
- Serve with squid, lettuce and caramelized lemons.
