Crispy Fried Chicken Thigh Burger
Try out this fried chicken burger recipe. A succulent thigh fillet coated with a blend of Knorr coating mix. This dish will be sure to impress.

Ingredients
Chicken Marinade:

Chicken thighs, deboned 500.0 g

Chilli, powder 20.0 g

Water 50.0 ml
Coating & Frying:
-
Wheat flour 1.0 kg

Vegetable oil for frying
Build the Burger:
-
Hamburger buns, halved 10.0 pc

Ice berg, shredded 50.0 g
-
Loloroso lettuce 50.0 g

Green cucumbers, thinly sliced in to ribbons 200.0 g

Tomatoes, sliced 200.0 g
-
Aubergines sliced, length wise, grilled 200.0 g
Preparation

Chicken Marinade:
- Mix Knorr Spicy Marinade powder (20g), chilli powder, water and chicken together and marinade for two hours minimum in a refrigerator.

Coating & Frying:
- Mix Knorr Coating Base powder (80g) and wheat flour together and sieved twice to a tray.
- Coat marinade chicken in dry flour mix and fold it for few seconds.
- Then shake off any excess flour and dip the chicken pieces in cold water for ten seconds.
- Again, coat the chicken in dry flour mix and fold for another few minutes and fry till golden brown in pre-heated oil at 180 degrees.

Build the Burger:
- Meanwhile cut and grill the burger buns until golden.
- Top the bottom halves with the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, iceberg, oloroso, fried chicken thigh, cucumber, tomato, tomato sauce, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and cover with the hamburger bun tops.
- Served with fries or salad of your choice.
