Cream of Moringa with Roasted Garlic Flakes:

Garnish:

  • Roasted garlic flakes 30.0 g
  • Moringa flesh from stems, peeled and steamed, sliced into 1-inch segments 200.0 g
  • Parsley, finely chopped 30.0 g
  1. Cream of Moringa with Roasted Garlic Flakes:

    • Heat oil in a thick bottom pan and sauté garlic and onions for few seconds.
    • Add moringa and allow to sauté for few minutes.
    • Add half the water and bring to boil and simmer till moringa is tender.
    • Add remaining water mixed with Knorr Soup Base Mix and stir well.
    • Bring to boil and simmer till the pieces are done.
    • Allow it to cool, puree the soup and strain.
    • Return to heat, stir cream, Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder and simmer for few seconds.
  2. Garnish:

    • Garnish with roasted garlic flakes, moringa flesh and chopped parsley, served hot.
