1. Method:

    • Place coconut milk, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, soy, Nasi curry paste, sugar, fish sauce and coriander in a blender and process until smooth.
    • Place chicken in a bowl, add above blended marinade and stir well.
    • Cover and refrigerate for few hours.
    • Thread 3-4 pieces of chicken on each skewer.
    • Preheat grill to high, grill the skewers for 5 to 6 minutes, turning, until cooked through. Servewith peanut sauce.
