Chicken Satays with Peanut Sauce

Chicken breast, cut into two inch strips 1.0 kg

Coconut milk, 1st extract 200.0 ml

Soy sauce 30.0 ml

Nasi Curry Paste 100.0 g

Sugar, brown 30.0 g

Thai fish sauce 40.0 ml

Coriander leaves, roots and stems, ground 40.0 g
Preparation

Method:
- Place coconut milk, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, soy, Nasi curry paste, sugar, fish sauce and coriander in a blender and process until smooth.
- Place chicken in a bowl, add above blended marinade and stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for few hours.
- Thread 3-4 pieces of chicken on each skewer.
- Preheat grill to high, grill the skewers for 5 to 6 minutes, turning, until cooked through. Servewith peanut sauce.
