Chicken Parmigiano

Ingredients
The Bruschetta:

Olive oil 150 ml

Chicken Breast 1 kg

Parmesan, grated 500 g

For the Base

Bread slice 10 pc

Oregano, fresh 10 g

Black pepper, cracked 5 g

For the Chicken

Thyme, fresh 10 g

For The topping

Fresh greens 50 g
Preparation

The Bruschetta:
- Brush bread slice with olive and toast or grill under salamander or on any grill , Sprinkle with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder.
- Marinate chicken with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder, pepper, oregano and olive oil, bake for 17 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove chicken and top with Knorr tomato Pronto each chicken breast.
- Grate parmesan cheese on each, and melt under salamander.
- Top chicken breast on bread and garnish with fresh greens.
