1. Method:

    • Heat the oil in a deep pan on low heat and gently cook the chicken, garlic and ginger for few minutes without coloring.
    • Blend the water, sweet corn, soya sauce and Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder.
    • Bring to the boil; add corn starch stirring continuously and simmer gently for few minutes.
    • Slowly drip the egg whites into the soup pan, stirring with a chopstick or fork to form egg strands.
    • Season to taste, garnish with spring onions.
