Marinade:

Chicken and Rice Preparation:

Garnish and Serving:

  • A handful of coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
  • Tomatoes, cubed 400.0 g
  • Onions, sliced and fried to golden 600.0 g
  1. Marinade:

    • Marinate the chicken with Knorr Biryani Mix, Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder, chilli powder and 400ml of water; keep it on the side.
  2. Chicken and Rice Preparation:

    • Heat the oil in a thick bottom pan, add garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies and sauté till fragrant.
    • Add onions and sauté for few minutes; then add Knorr Tomato Pronto Sauce, sauté till golden; add marinated chicken and cook further for 5 minutes.
    • Add rice into the rice cooker, cooked chicken mixture, water and coconut milk, Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder, Knorr Lime seasoning Powder and cook until the rice is done.
  3. Garnish and Serving:

    • Plate, sprinkle chopped coriander, tomatoes and fried onions; stir softly and serve while hot.
